Sea Otter Needle Felting Kit

Turn a handful of wool into a fuzzy, felted Sea Otter and Starfish. This needle felting kit will make two cute Sea Otters. These woolly sculptures make sweet pendants or adorable holiday ornaments. 

NOTE: Needle felting requires a firm, foam pad to absorb the felting needle while working on the project. Our charcoal foam is perfect for this craft and will last through many projects before needing to be replaced.

You will need:

- sewing needle and thread
- ruler
- foam pad work surface

Finished size (approx.) = 3 in. x 1.5 in. This easy project will take at least 1 - 1.5 hours to complete and is perfect for those new to needle felting.
